Rules Governing Your Account & Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

// CLAUSE 1.1–1.4

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the phshy online gaming platform, including the website located at phshy.org, all associated mobile interfaces, and any related services operated by phshy ("phshy", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and phshy.

By registering for a phshy account, logging into an existing phshy account, or using any service available through the phshy platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you are acting on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms.

These Terms should be read together with phshy's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other phshy policy document, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

phshy reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on phshy.org with a revised effective date. Continued use of phshy's services following the posting of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility & Registration

// CLAUSE 2.1–2.7

To be eligible to register for a phshy account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the phshy platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in the Philippines;
• You have not been self-excluded from any PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform;
• You are not an employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of phshy or any of phshy's affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners;
• You are not prohibited by any applicable law or regulation from participating in online gaming activities;
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity.

You may register only one (1) account on phshy. Any duplicate accounts created in violation of this rule will be closed and any funds or winnings associated with them may be voided. phshy uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to identify duplicate accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You must promptly update this information if it changes. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

3. Account Management

// CLAUSE 3.1–3.6

Your phshy account credentials — including your login email, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — are confidential and must not be shared with any third party. You are solely and fully responsible for all activity conducted through your phshy account, whether or not you authorized such activity.

You must notify phshy immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. phshy will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure your account upon receiving such notification, but phshy is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

phshy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, account inactivity, or regulatory requirements.

3.4 Account Inactivity

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered inactive. phshy may apply an administrative fee of ₱100 per calendar month to inactive accounts with a remaining balance. Prior notice will be sent to the registered email address before any such fee is applied.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

// CLAUSE 4.1–4.9

phshy accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. All deposits are credited to your phshy wallet in Philippine Peso (₱) equivalent at the time of the transaction, except for USDT deposits which may be maintained in USDT denomination based on your account settings.

phshy does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All payment methods used to deposit funds into your phshy account must be registered in your own name. Deposits received from payment methods not registered to the account holder may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Processing times are as follows:

• GCash / PayMaya: 5–30 minutes (standard); up to 4 hours during peak periods
• BDO / BPI / Metrobank bank transfer: 1–3 business days
• USDT crypto withdrawal: 15–60 minutes depending on network congestion
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–7 business days

4.5 KYC Verification for Withdrawals

Prior to processing any player's first withdrawal, phshy is required by PAGCOR Anti-Money Laundering regulations to verify the player's identity (Know Your Customer — KYC). Players will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID) and proof that the withdrawal payment method is registered in their name. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held until the process is completed.

phshy reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to comply with PAGCOR regulations or Anti-Money Laundering requirements. Players who fail to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may have their withdrawal suspended pending further review.

5. Bonus Terms & Promotions

// CLAUSE 5.1–5.8

All bonus offers, promotional credits, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives made available by phshy ("Bonuses") are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time each promotion is offered. These Terms establish the general framework for all phshy Bonuses; individual promotion pages may impose additional or modified conditions.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonuses issued by phshy are subject to a wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be processed. Real-money deposits used to claim a bonus may be subject to additional wagering conditions as specified per promotion.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Bonuses are available to individual players only — corporate or multi-account claims are prohibited;
• Only one active promotional bonus may be held per account at any one time unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified — unused bonus funds expire automatically;
• Maximum withdrawal amounts derived from no-deposit bonuses may be capped as specified in individual promotion terms;
• Bonuses are non-transferable between player accounts.

phshy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. phshy also reserves the right to void bonus grants and any associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of software errors, or violation of any promotion term.

6. Gameplay Rules & Conduct

// CLAUSE 6.1–6.5

All games available on phshy are governed by the official rules of each respective game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between general platform terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for matters relating to gameplay outcomes and payouts.

Bets placed on phshy are final once confirmed. Players may not cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system. In the event of a technical error affecting the outcome of a game, phshy will investigate the incident and may void the affected bets and return stakes to players at its discretion.

phshy is not responsible for interrupted gameplay resulting from network connectivity issues on the player's side. If a live casino round is interrupted due to confirmed platform-side technical issues, phshy will resolve affected bets in accordance with the available game state data at the time of interruption.

7. Prohibited Conduct

// CLAUSE 7.1–7.6

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phshy and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances and winnings:

• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification;
• Operating multiple phshy accounts simultaneously;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay;
• Exploiting software bugs, game malfunctions, or system errors for financial gain;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods for deposits;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to influence game outcomes;
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that phshy reasonably believes may constitute money laundering under Philippine law;
• Accessing phshy's systems in any unauthorized manner or attempting to circumvent phshy's security measures;
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access your phshy account.

phshy cooperates fully with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and Philippine law enforcement agencies. Any activity on the phshy platform that is reasonably suspected to constitute a criminal offence may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

// CLAUSE 8.1–8.5

phshy provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible from the account settings panel at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps;
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds over a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session duration caps;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders during play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account access restrictions of 24 hours to 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary account exclusion for a fixed period or permanently.

Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission and are irrevocable during the elected exclusion period. Players who self-exclude are blocked from all phshy marketing communications during the exclusion period. phshy will refuse any request to reverse a self-exclusion before the elected period expires.

phshy is a member of and supports PAGCOR's responsible gaming programs. Players in the Philippines experiencing gambling-related difficulties may seek assistance from PAGCOR's dedicated player protection channels.

9. Intellectual Property

// CLAUSE 9.1–9.3

All content on the phshy platform, including but not limited to the phshy brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game content, software, and all associated intellectual property rights, are owned by or licensed to phshy and are protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phshy platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any phshy content without prior written authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

// CLAUSE 10.1–10.4

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phshy's liability to you in connection with your use of the phshy platform shall be limited to the amount of your account balance at the time of the relevant claim. phshy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the phshy platform.

phshy does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phshy is not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including network failures, regulatory changes, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit phshy's liability for death or personal injury caused by phshy's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

// CLAUSE 11.1–11.2

phshy collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with phshy's Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using phshy's services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Please review phshy's Privacy Policy at phshy.org/privacy-policy for full details on how your data is handled.

12. Amendments to These Terms

// CLAUSE 12.1–12.2

phshy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the phshy platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of phshy's services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using phshy's services and may request account closure by contacting phshy support.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

// CLAUSE 13.1–13.3

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. phshy is licensed and regulated by PAGCOR, and PAGCOR's regulatory framework takes precedence in matters relating to licensing compliance.

In the event of any dispute between you and phshy, you agree to first contact phshy's customer support team to attempt an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process for licensed operators.

For disputes that cannot be resolved through PAGCOR's channels, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
